Where do the calls come from?+
Our Final Expense commercials on Netflix, Hulu, YouTube and other streaming TV networks. A viewer watches the ad, picks up their phone, and dials the number on screen. These are consumer-initiated calls — not social media click-to-call traffic, not misdials, not purchased data lists.
What exactly am I buying?+
Inbound Final Expense calls. We run Final Expense commercials on streaming TV networks like Hulu and Netflix. Interested viewers dial the number on screen, and we connect the live caller straight to you in the agent call portal. Each call routed to you while you're Available counts toward your pack.
What is a Mortgage Protection caller?+
A homeowner who saw our Mortgage Protection TV commercial — about covering their mortgage payments if they pass away or can't work — and dialed the number on screen themselves. Same consumer-initiated, exclusive inbound calls as our Final Expense line. Packs are sold per product line: a Mortgage Protection pack does not include Final Expense calls, and vice versa.
What makes these calls exclusive?+
Each call is routed to you and only you. We never conference in other agents, resell the caller, or redistribute the call.
What counts as a billable call?+
A call routed to you while you're marked Available. When we send a live caller to you, that call counts toward your pack — including if you don't pick up (see below). Calls under 10 seconds aren't billed (10-second buffer), and dead air and instant hangups can be credited back (see below).
What happens if I'm marked Available but don't answer?+
You're still charged. While you're marked Available, we send live callers to you in real time, and a call routed to you counts toward your pack even if you don't pick up. Only stay Available when you can actually answer, and flip to Unavailable the moment you can't.
What if it's dead air or the caller hangs up right away?+
You can get it credited back. Calls under 10 seconds are never billed. If a longer call turns out to be dead air or the caller hangs up without engaging, you'll get a disposition popup after the call — choose “Dead air / hangup” and the call goes into our return queue. Our AI analyzes the call and a human reviews it; if it's valid, the call is credited back to your account.
When and where do calls come in?+
Calls route in real time as prospects dial in — but only while you're logged into the agent call portal and marked Available, only from states you cover, and never past your daily cap (default 5 per day). Flip to Unavailable and routing pauses.
Is there a contract or subscription?+
No contract. Every pack works as a one-time purchase, or you can turn on an optional auto-renew membership that refills your pack automatically when your call inventory hits zero. Your choice — switch either way whenever you like.
How do I get set up?+
Pick a pack and check out — no login required to purchase. You'll answer a few basic questions: the states you cover and your daily call cap. We then email you a login to the agent call portal. Log in, hit Available, and calls start routing to you — it's all handled in the platform.
How long until I start getting calls after I buy?+
It depends on the time of day you buy your pack, but typically 15–30 minutes. Once you're logged in and marked Available, you'll see alerts in the agent call portal as calls come in — and whether you won the bid on each one.
